The Lion’s View Advisors, LLC (“The Lion’s View,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through thelionsview.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or request a resource such as our due diligence checklist, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, company or organization, job title or role, and any message or project details you share. This information is collected only when you choose to submit a form; it is not required to browse the Site.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information through Google Analytics, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on the Site, and the site that referred you. This information is aggregated and used to understand how visitors use the Site; it is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries: our form and spam-protection provider (WPForms, with Akismet spam filtering), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), our email delivery provider, and our website hosting and security providers. Each handles information solely to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
Data Retention
We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing lynn@thelionsview.com. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Site may link to third-party sites, including LinkedIn and other external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
